Robert Gordon is a business development executive manager with over 30 years of experience in the industry. His experiences include being founder/- co-founding of four companies that operated domestically and internationally.

Mr. Gordon has extensive experience selling goods and services throughout Latin America, the United States, Europe, and Africa. He has been responsible for opening several international markets for a wide array of food and alcohol brands. Over the years of his career Mr. Gordon has launched a number of private label brands that matured into long term category International Brand leaders. Mr. Gordon has sold all classes of trade from specialty Food, to International Mass market to on premise food service accounts and finally governmental institutional accounts such the US Military and the United Nations.

Robert Gordon is an avid entrepreneur, always looking for new project and challenges.

Mr. Harrigan has been a supply chain management expert for the past 30+ years. Not only does he work with Sefo to manage the on and off island transfer of freight and cargo, but he also assists Sefo in all its logistics services, throughout the Caribbean business community, and worldwide. In addition to his logistics background, he also is an experienced foodservice operator running a retail chain of restaurants for 29 years. Mr. Harrigan’s leadership, as well as his experience in freight and logistics services, makes him a tremendous asset to our team.

As President and CEO of Telecinco Inc., Andrés Ramírez oversees the continuation of the TV broadcasting legacy his grandfather began while shepherding the company through the challenges of the 21st century.

Telecinco is a 65 years old enterprise that pioneered the Puerto Rico broadcast TV industry in 1995. The station has been affiliated with WAPA, Univisión, Telemundo, Spanish Broad casting System, Corporación de Radio y Televisión Española S.A (RTVE) and currently serves as the Puerto Rico affiliate of ABC Network branded ABC Puerto Rico.

Mohamed Cisse

Sefo's Trade and Logistics Manager

Mohamed Cisse is a Board Member of the World Trade Center Association Delaware. He is also the Founder and CEO of Tungsten Global Consulting (TGC), which was established in 2020 and is located in the Delaware Technology Park at the University of Delaware.

TGC’s mission is to help laboratories achieve their scientific research goals by providing them with equipment, logistics, and Consulting services such as Project Management, Process and Product development, and, most importantly, facilitating Certification and Accreditation.

Mr. Cisse is very engaged in the Delaware business community, having joined the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce (NCCCC) and the Delaware Biotech Association (Del-Bio).

Before creating TGC, Mohamed worked with Thomas Jefferson University and ThermoFisher in 2014 to train West African Microbiologists in using advanced Real-Time PCR analysis to help fight the Ebola outbreak. The success of this project helped participant institutions be ahead of the COVID-19 crisis management.

Known as a Community Servant Leader by the US Embassy in Cote d’Ivoire, his home country, Mohamed received the prestigious scholarship of the US State Department named IVLP (International Visitor Leadership Program) in 2007, a program in which participants are selected based on the impact of their actions on their communities.

Finally, Mohamed is a Certified Project Manager with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Champlain College, Burlington, Vermont.

Martin K. Behr

Martin is a customs and international trade lawyer and a licensed U.S. Customs Broker. He is also a former U.S. Customs officer stationed at land, sea, and airports of entry. As a customs import specialist, Martin handled food and alcoholic beverage shipments. Martin works with importers and exporters to ensure they comply with CBP, FDA, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and other government agency laws and regulations.

Jerry has over 30 years of food and beverage commodity and consumer products experience focusing on:

  • Developing and managing regional and national DSD networks

  • Developing and sourcing new product formulations, packaging, and co-packing
  • Developing and managing a customer base for domestic and international air shipments and container sales of live, fresh and frozen seafood with emphasis on China, Hong Kong and Korea.

After college, Mr. Daron joined the family business entity at the purchase and supply chain office, in France. This is where he received his knowledge and experience in trade business, procurement, and supply chain management.

Since then, he has developed networks of customers visiting west and equatorial African countries, which allows him to have tight relationships with major business importers.

Mr. Daron is knowledgeable in a variety of markets, in the food and beverage industry, such as dry products, chilled items such as cheese, delicatessen, fruits and vegetables, and frozen items such as meat/fishes/vegetables/desserts.

He has partnered brand deals to develop them throughout Africa. He also has developed sourcing in the technical industry, for the provision of non-food items in the ship chandlering industry.

The strength of Mr. Daron’s business is to have connection with major players in the west and equatorial African and Indian ocean markets, and have a large connection with vendors from Europe, USA, Middle East, and China, that enables them to provide the right product, at the right prices.
